ABOUT US

Windcrest currently have five Board of Director positions and several committees that are formed within the
community.  We have a website that keeps our community abreast of current events and
community affairs.

Architect Control Committee (ACC)
The Architect Control Committee (ACC) is a regulatory committee that reviews designs and plans
for all property improvements.  This would Include new homes, remodels, additions, paint and
any other changes that alter the physical appearance of the property.  Improvements such
as concrete, walls, landscaping, fences, patios (and covers), pools and gazebos
ARE ALL FEATURES THAT ARE IN THE PURVIEW of the committee.  The committee
rules on the principle of the aesthetics of the proposal, as well as conformances with the
Windcrest Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (Governing Documents) and the
Architect Guidelines/Rules and Regulations.  Any improvements and equipment on properties such
as boats, trailer extensions, etc. are also reviewed by the ACC.

Important Updates on Windcrest Architect Control Committee 

Homeowners who have an interest in changing or making an addition to the exterior of your home please first review the Windcrest Homeowners Covenant, Rules & Restrictions, the ACC section before submitting your request in writing to the Windcrest Board of Directors for approvals to ensure it is permissible for approval.  Architectural styles and original make of the exteriors of your home(s) are not permissible to be changed.
